    To obtain the optimal benefits of this product, it can be used in different ways:

    • Diffuser: Add 3 to more drops of essential oil and enjoy.
    • Body massage: Add 1-3 drops of the essential oil diluted in 6-20 drops of the carrier oil of your choice. Vary this proportion according to your aromatherapist’s indications.
    • Vaporization: Place freshly boiled water to a bowl, add the essential oil, cover with a towel shoulders and head. Close your eyes and breathe 4-5 times. Take a breath on the outside and repeat.
