(Approx. 4 cups):
To obtain the optimal benefits of this herb EUCALYPTUS, add 10 g (1/4 of package) to a liter of boiling water for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand, strain and serve one cup preferably hot. Honey and/or lemon drops may be added for a more palatable taste. Recommended to drink plenty of water. To make inhalations use 30g in ½ half liter of boiling water.
