(Approx. 4 cups):
To obtain the optimal benefits of this herb SOLDIERS’ HERB, add 10 g (1/4 of package) to a liter of boiling water for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand, strain and serve one cup either hot or cold, preferably before meals. Honey and/or lemon drops may be added for a more palatable taste. It can be used for douching (70 g).
