To obtain the optimal benefits of this product, it can be used in different ways:
- Diffuser: Add 3 to more drops of essential oil and enjoy.
- Body massage: Add 1-3 drops of the essential oil diluted in 6-20 drops of the carrier oil of your choice. Vary this proportion according to your aromatherapist’s indications.
- Hair care: Add 5 drops of essential oil per 100 ml of shampoo.
- Compresses: Place water over a bowl, add 3-4 drops of the essential oil, place a part of the towel over the water. Wring out the excess and place on the affected area for 15-20 minutes. Repeat 3 or 4 times.
