(Approx. 4 cups):
To obtain the optimal benefits of this herb SENNA LEAVES, add 10 g (1/3 of package) in 1 liter of boiling water for approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Let stand, strain and serve preferably at night after meal. Only drink one cup per day. It is recommended that this herb be combined with anise and chamomile for optimal efficacy.
