Access to and use of the website is governed by the terms described in this section. In this sense, the visits, contracts and transactions made by the user or customer on this website, as well as their legal effects, shall be governed by the laws or regulations of the Republic of Peru.

The terms and conditions contained in this instrument include the acts and contracts that are executed or entered into through the systems of offer and commercialization of the products offered in this web portal HANAN PERU, which will be referred to, hereinafter, as “Hanan Online Store”.

Therefore, if the user or customer considers that the product does not match in physical appearance with the digital one, it is not sufficient reason to demand an exchange or return of the product to the “Hanan Online Store”.

The means of payment that can be used are those provided by “Payment Gateway”, operator of the payment gateway contracted by “Hanan Online Shop” and/or those other means of payment provided by “Hanan Online Shop” itself, who reserves the right to contract other payment gateway operators.

Payment methods available include:

Visa and Mastercard debit cards. Payment by debit card is governed by the terms and conditions established by the bank issuing the card.

Credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, issued in Peru and abroad, provided that they maintain a valid contract for such purposes with the bidder company. For such purposes, when the customer enters the card numbers and security codes, his/her identity will be verified, and it is the customer’s responsibility to safeguard such data.

Regarding the bank cards accepted in this site, the aspects related to these -such as the date of issuance, expiration, quota, blocking, secret key, etc.- are subject to the existing contract between the user or customer and the bank issuing the credit or debit card, without “Hanan Online Store” having any responsibility on the aspects indicated in such contracts. The site may indicate certain conditions of purchase depending on the means of payment used by the user or customer.

  1. Formation of consent in contracts concluded through this site

The prices displayed in this web portal are exclusive for purchases made in “Hanan Online Shop” and are not applicable to transactions made in other stores. Likewise, the prices and services displayed in other stores do not necessarily apply to transactions carried out in this web portal.

Once the validation has been concluded, “Hanan Online Shop” may contact the user or customer by telephone or use any means of communication that guarantees the due and timely knowledge of the consumer about the result of the validation, which will be previously indicated on the same site during the purchase operation. The consent will extend to the validation or information of the purchase by the user or customer.

In attention to the preceding paragraphs and as a measure to protect the security of transactions, “Hanan Online Store” may cancel the purchases in which the data provided by the user or customer does not match the databases available in “Hanan Online Store”, or for which the validation mentioned above has not been made within 72 hours after the order or purchase order registered. If it is necessary to contact the holder of an account and after 72 hours following the order or purchase order this is not possible, the “Hanan Online Store” will cancel the transaction (as a security measure for the user or customer).

  1. Discount Coupons

FITO PERU recognizes the loyalty of its customers or users. For this reason it offers at its discretion discount coupons applicable to orders in the “Hanan Online Shop”. The communication of the benefit will be via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the user or customer, either verbally in the physical stores or during registration through the “Hanan Online Store”.

The coupon is virtual and consists of a code, which must be registered at the time of completing the purchase order in the “Hanan Online Store” in order to apply the discount.

The coupon grants a single discount per transaction applicable on the List Price shown in the “Hanan Online Store”, it is not cumulative with other promotions or discounts. To redeem the discount associated with the coupon, the user or customer must register the coupon code at the time of completing the order.

The coupon registration automatically recalculates the total amount of the order by applying the discount on the sum of the regular prices of the selected products. This discount does not accumulate with other discounts or promotions, for which reason the user or client must decide whether to apply the discount coupon.

In general terms, unless FITO PERU decides to implement a campaign with different conditions, which will be communicated in due time, the coupon is only applied once within the established period of validity. The benefit of the coupon discount is exclusively applicable to the orders of the benefited user or customer and is not transferable to third parties.

The discount granted by a coupon is only applicable to the purchase of products in the “Hanan Online Shop”. The discount is NOT applicable to the cost of transportation (freight). This is unless the promotion indicates the benefit of including freight.

In case of changes, returns or cancellation of an order in which a coupon has been applied, the coupon will not be restored.

 

Security and privacy

All content included or made available to the user or customer on the www.hananperu.com site -text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio files, digital downloads and any other information- is the property of FITO PERU.

In this sense, the user or client must refrain from extracting and/or reusing all or part of such content and its use and exhibition is prohibited without the prior written consent of FITO PERÚ.

 

Revision, Modification of Terms and Conditions

FITO PERU expressly reserves the right to modify, update or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modification, update or extension of the Terms and Conditions will be immediately published on the Websites.
