Our delivery times are as follows:
- Lima: Between 03 and 06 working days
- Provinces: Between 10 and 15 working days

You can then select the “Pick up in store” option so that you can pick it up from our stores within 3 business days and start enjoying your product.
Note: Once you have chosen the delivery method (either delivery or pick up in store) you cannot change it.
Important:
- Delivery time is considered from the moment your payment has been validated (this can take up to 48 business hours).
- All orders will be delivered between 09:00 am and 05:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
- We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
- In FITO PERU we care about your health and safety, which is why we will request a photo of the delivery (There will be no exchange of documents to avoid contact).

Products purchased through the “Hanan Online Store” shall be subject to the current shipping and delivery terms and conditions published on the website(https://hananperu.com/envios-y-devoluciones/).
The cost of transportation (freight) of the purchased product will always be assumed by the user or customer whose cost will depend on the destination specified during the registration of the order. However, for promotional purposes, at its discretion, the “Hanan Online Shop” reserves the right to assume the cost of transportation under certain conditions which will be communicated in due course to the user or customer.
The terms for dispatch and delivery are counted from the moment the “Hanan Online Shop” validates the purchase order and the means of payment used. Delivery times depend on the logistics operator or carrier contracted by the “Hanan Online Store”; however, delivery times may be affected by reasons beyond the control of the “Hanan Online Store”, such as acts of God or force majeure (due to roadblocks, public demonstrations, strikes, events of nature itself, etc.).
The user or customer may only request a change of address before the “Hanan Online Shop” dispatches the order to the destination specified by the user or customer. This request requires immediate coordination with the “Hanan Online Store” at info@fitoperu.com, such change of address is subject to additional costs to be borne by the user or customer.
If the customer had entered an incorrect address at the time of purchase and then wishes to change it for the correct one, the user or customer must contact info@fitoperu.com or the PONER NUMBER switchboard (temporarily unavailable) taking into account the new delivery times and costs associated with shipping to the new address plus administrative expenses that will be informed to the user or customer.
The carrier is solely responsible for the timely and safe delivery of the package containing the product. Delivery will only be made to the address specified by the user or customer. In any case, the carrier will not receive returns. It shall only deliver the product to the user or customer or adult person, of legal age, duly identified.
Delivery to address specified by the user or customer
For the delivery of the purchased products, the logistics operator or carrier will make up to two visits to the address indicated by the user or customer. If on the first visit you are absent or there is no person of legal age to deliver the package to, the logistics operator or carrier will leave a visit notice indicating the date of the visit and the physical details of the address.
After the first visit, the logistics operator or carrier will make a second and final attempt to deliver the order. If in this second delivery the user or customer is again absent or there is no person of legal age to whom to deliver the package, the order will return to the facilities of the “Hanan Online Store” located at Av. Separadora Industrial N° 864, district of ATE where the user or customer may go to pick up the product. In case the customer requests the shipment of the product to a new address, he/she will have to assume the new shipping cost.
The returned product will remain in custody for a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days after which the “Hanan Online Store” will dispose of such products. Our Web Manager of the “Hanan Online Store” is responsible for attending to the sale and answering any questions that the customer requests by mail or phone call.
In case the user or customer wants the product, it will be subject to the availability of stock and the procedures established by the “Hanan Online Store”. The user or customer shall bear the additional costs and expenses of the first shipment. In this case the “Free Shipping” or “Free Freight” or “Free Shipping” promotions will not apply.
The logistics operator or carrier contracted by the “Hanan Online Shop” has a delimited dispatch coverage. This will be informed to the user or customer, through the display of available options to enter the delivery address at the time of registering your purchase order or in your personal data.
In case of promotions such as “Free Shipping”, “Free Freight” or “Free Shipping” in which the “Hanan Online Shop” assumes the cost of freight, this will always be referred to the standard cost.
In the event that the address indicated by the user or customer to deliver the order could not be attended by the logistics operator or carrier, either by natural disasters and / or any major inconvenience, the “Hanan Online Store” will send a communication to the user or customer to manage a change of address and to deliver the purchased product. Should the user or customer wish to change the address, the additional costs will be borne by the user or customer.
